Default Comfortable Seat for the Deuce

Has anybody found a comfortable seat for the Deuce that still looks good? The stock seat is not comfortable and I can't stay on it for very long, which makes longer trips very painful. I bought the HD Deep Bucket Touring Seat for the Deuce, which is far more comfortable than stock, but it looks more like a Road King seat on the Deuce. Has anybody tried the Day tripper seat from Mustang? By the way, I'll sell the HD Deep Bucket Touring Seat, perfect condition, for $100 plus shipping. Call me at 21-710-1215 if interested.

I'd suggest looking at the Danny Gray website. Top quality and many options.

I have the LePera silhouette with biker gel. Much better than stock on looks and comfort.

I have tried a couple danny grays 2 ups and solo and a ralley runner (ugly) and the best looking most comfortable seat is the Corbin "young guns" in the photo below. It does take 800-1000 miles to break in and I have stopped looking for another 2 up seat.(Just can't do an ugly bulky comfortable seat....but that's just me)

My deuce seat was uncomfortable on long rides too, hard as a rock. I found the best seat was a Deluxe

I tried both the stock and sundowner seats - could not spend more than 1 1/2 hours in either - tail-bone would be killing me. The only thing that worked for me was the Corbin Gunfighter - with backrest. I had used this same seat on a Kaw 1500 Classic years ago to solve the same problem. Some don't like Corbin - it's a very firm foam, and takes some breaking in and getting used to - but I can spend 6-8 hrs in the saddle now. I'm old and small - about 140 lbs. They are kind of pricey but I was able to find one on Craiglist for $200 with the backrest.

Been riding the Sundowner for four years now, no issues with comfort, for me, but the wife isn't happy. going to attempt to make one this winter that's narrower for me and wider for her, that looks better than the Sundowner.
