So I finally figured out what was causing the wobbling (At least to the best of my knowledge). After taking it to the local HD rip off shop, they couldn't find anything wrong with it. I got it home and decided to completely pull the front end apart. Come to find out the acorn nuts holding the bottom of the spring shafts were almost completely backed off which was letting the whole front end shift. Anyway, I put everything back to factory specs IAW the HD Service Manual and now the front end is rigid again. To rigid in fact. Now it's almost like I'm riding a rigid front end. I put the axle, bearing retainer rigid fork, bearing retainer jam nut, and adjusted the springs all to factory specs. Anyone have any ideas?

 

One guess. Has the rebound spring been touched? It might be to tight, not allowing the front end to move. Guess, wild ***, guess, that's all.

did you add a tool bag with a lot of tools or anything up front. I once had my bike loaded up front to heavy and the bars would wobble at every bump. Had to get off the fwy, move all the stuff up front to the back and than it was perfect.
