I changed my back end quite a bit. I dont like the big lolipop turn sigs sticking way out, so I put in the HD touring rear sig bar. Relocated the plate below the sigs using a Softbrake relocation bracket. I also installed the HD turn signal conversion kit so that the turn sigs are turn/run/brake:
Then I covered the old plate holes with a custom part from Top Down Products:
Then I installed an lighted plate bracket from Radiantz:

Its not a sticker, its a machined piece. Send email to Dennis at topdownproducts dot com, he designed it based on an image I sent him and he had it fabricated for me.
The other option for a steal your face is to buy a derby cover from http://www.pangal.com (scroll down on this link: http://www.pangal.com/stock.htm)
I love mine! You could say the Grateful Dead theme is a bit overdone on my bike, but hey, I'm a Dead Head!

BE AWARE however that it wont fit unless you have some sort of quick detach kit for the bags - the kits all add some space between the fender and the bags, that makes room for the bullet ends of the lights.

Thanks for the part # link Keith. Must've missed that in my HD catalog . I see where it states that it won't fit with oem bags but perhaps the docking hardware for my detachables provides for enough clearance. The inner edge of my bag is 2" from the fender. From your pictures it looks like it would work but if not I think a couple washers would do the trick.
