Tall T-bars and 1/4 fairing on softail?
#32
Just placed my order for the new style mx bars 12" from westcoast t bars. I spoke with Scotty last week and he is going to make them narrower for me. I can't wait to get them and put them on my bike. I am going to probably have them powder coated by a friend 1st but we will see how patient I can be.
also curious how much more narrow he got the bars?

I Have Been Running Arlen Ness Cafe Fairings On all Of My Harleys 1 1200 Custom 1 ▲1974 IronHead Sporty 1. 1200 SportDrag/Street Bike And Now On a 1988 Softail Chopper With a 8" ov Front end The Reason I Like A Quarter Style Fairing Is Simple it cuts down on TH wind And Gives You Some Protection N Bad Rain & SouthTexas Bugs And Wind shields are For Cars & Trucks
This is why I hesitate to join any type or forum. I asked a specific question and i appreciate the people who have participated in answering it. I don't know where you live but around here I have seen this setup on dynas well before that show. I think it would be badass if it looks good on a non dyna because it isn't something anyone has seen. Thanks though!

ive got 12" Death Squad T bars on mine (13.25" from trees to top of bar)
some of the quarter fairings look like they swoop back alot, the ness fairing seems to leave room to rise up without hitting it. As for any sons comments, thats a show representing california style, not inventing it!
