Hypercharger Input
Im looking at putting a hypercharger on my '03 FLSTFI (Fatboy) and am finding Kuryakyn has the best/only products.
Im wanting some input on which one to get AND why.
the basic "Blood Groove". I like this because you could put a black insert in the charger itself which might look good on my black bike

The "Pro Series"

or the "Pro R". I do like the solid chrome look of this one too

Thanks for the input
This is basically for looks, as I dont believe they add much (if any) performance.

About 7 to 5 years ago these style Air Cleaners were all the rage. However like the Mullet Hairdoo they are no longer as popular as they once were. I still see one here or there at bike week or at a show, but not like I used too. If I had to pick the Blood Groove is my choice. I mean no offense by making this statement, it's just my honest opinion.

I took mine off, came with the bike. Garbage........vacuum can didnt work so the butterflies were always open, bike runs better with an enclosed type a/c. I dont think my bike needs anything that sounds like Kuryakyn on it. Getting ready to remove the footpegs also. Just my .02. Everybody has an opinion, if you like it and think it will boost performance than go for it!

"agree with every one of the negative comments about the hypercharger. I screwed with a buddy of mine about his until he finally swapped for a SE intake"
Intake or breather??SE HeavyBreather not much better, but better than the "Hyper" anything....... most'll experience a loss in HP/TQ on the dyno, maybe as much as 3-7......has the "looks cool" factor go'n for it,though........lots of better perform'n A/C's on the mkt for less $$ that'll show some real gains......or I'd already have 1.......
