Nice job. Never cared much for studs myself. Might try removing them from my bags.

This winter I want to get some pin striping done. The Swish doesn't bother me, but I'm trying to figure out a way to incorporate the Swish into the design.

Allow some time, there were 113 Studs in each bag. Really glad I did it though. I was expecting the wife to give me a hard time after seeing it, but even she likes it better without the Studs.

Very interisting. Five days ago i got my Heritage (it was less expensive than similiar Fat Boys) and i don't like the studs too. My idea is to remowe the studs and fill the holes with leatherstripes. I have to try it. Or i change the whole saddlebags.
I've ordert a sundowner like you and i hate my hubcap too. Two continents, one taste.

You won't really have any "holes" after you remove the studs. You will have the tiny little pinholes from the prongs on the Studs, but you can barely see them.

After I removed the Studs, I rubbed some Leather Conditioner into the bags and it really helped blend everything together.
