Default harbor freight motorcycle wheel cleaning stand

hiya all,

i've been looking at this harbor freight motorcycle wheel cleaning stand...
any of you guys use this on your bike?

it looks like a nice too to use when cleaning your wheels, but any of you
guys know if its intended for use while the bike is on the side stand??

does it really work?
(is kind of the question you need to ask when buying things from hb...)

I would call customer service from the company and ask that. Not quite sure.

My first thought was that would be cool to have, but it looks like it would take longer to get the wheels up on that thing than it would to just move the bike 2 feet to finish cleaning the wheels.

Just random thoughts.

that's what i was thinking...plus the weight of the wheel on an angle on the stand...i dunno...

just threw it out there, in case somebody owned one

Tried it, didn't work, took it back. Wheel wouldn't rotate with bike on stand so didn't see the point of having it. Actually, I don't know if the wheel would rotate with it off stand. Didn't get that far.

Buy a bike jack...works great for cleaning wheels.
