Default Need to order new windshield, Clear or Lightly Smoked?

I just replaced the seat on my Heritage with a Tallboy. It moved me up 3", which was great, but now the windshield is too short by about 3".

So, I've got to order a taller shield, but I can't decide between Lightly Smoked, or clear.

Any thoughts, pros/cons that I should consider?

Thanks

I would recommend the smoked only because it could help whenever you are traveling toward the sun.

I love my smoked; but, not great at nite - it depends on what kind of riding you do (obviously); my Klockwerks works great for me; short enough that I can see over it at nite; and, with my clear glasses all is good; and, tall enough that I can get behind it in the bright sun.

I had a clear on my Yamaha Silverado - it was great!
Smoked takes some getting used to - the windshields really aren't all that expensive where you could have one of each; and, figure out what you like the best depending upon your riding habits!
Have fun shopping!

Thanks guys, I think I'm going to stick with clear seeing as how I've got a Heritage and the winshield is Frikken BIG. I do like the looks of the smoked on the smaller shields, but with the King size shields, I guess I'm leaning towards the clear.

Also, I don't plan on doing a lot of night riding, but on those occasions when I have to, I think the clear would be better.
