Got the oil tank, bars, and front wheel on today. Apparently some of my pictures didn't save. May get this thing on the road tomorrow?

Very nice in the end. Bummer that you had to go through so much **** to get here.

Have you asked the painter what he would do in your situation? I have not been in this exact situation but find that as long as it works out well in the end and you agree that there is no bad blood, they will normally give you a decent break off of the original bill to make things square. Right, wrong or in between, the job is done and done to your liking. Now try to make peace and get a bit of good Karma flowing.

Final paint looks GREAT! Can't wait to see the gas-tank!

Silver is definitely a good colour choice.

We haven't got to the bill part yet. While clearing the tank there was a run and when he tried to "cut it down" with a razor he went too deep. The tank had to go back to the airbrush guy for touch up. It has been re-cleared and he was going to buff it out tonight or tomorrow. I am curious about how things will work out myself. I do know he and the airbrush guy have talked and the painter is going to pay him. I'll keep you guys informed how evrything unfolds. The paint looks great and I'm optimistic about the rest.

I purchased the Klockwerks smooth fender. The license plate and tail light are custom work. You can buy the fender with a license tag molded in and then buy the Klockwerks license plate frame for around $200 then the led tailight will cost around $300. I got my led taillight frenched and the plate frenched for the same money and it's custom! It's totally slick all the way down...you can't feel anything!
