How do you go about getting the tire replaced? Where can I read about the recall?

I have the Dunlop 200/55-17 D205 on the rear, it's almost dead at just over 5,000 miles.
I have the Dunlop 90-21 D402 on the front and it's pretty close to wore out.

I'm going to replace them as a set soon. They have done some sitting before I bought the bike. It's an '06 springer that had 1000 miles on it when I bought it 3 months ago. It has just about 5200 on it now, tire life seems short to me, but maybe they got hard from all the sitting?

my Dunlop lasted 10,000 and I went with Avons, as long as it lasts about as long I will go with them again, just like the way the bike feels with them

I believe the recall is for the D407F (front) tire only.

Looks like you did not have top much luck with the roadsmart huh? Oh well, I picked it up for a $100.00 so it was cheap enough I guess. Is the 401 a 50 or a 55?

I got about 6400 out of mine. Have a Perelli Night Dragon on now with about 5000 on it and it still looks pretty good. Sticks better than the Dunlop did and doing better on wear.

Could be my misunderstanding of the recall. I thought it covered all D407s, not just the D407F (front). Your local H-D dealer has all the information on the actual recall details.
