Default Lindby Crashbar

Found a god deal last week on a used Lindby "Linbar"; snagged it for $120.00 shipped to my door.

Tonight threw it out to test fitment and couldn't be happier.

There is a scratch on the bottom that you can't see when mounted, but should be easy enough to repair.

Those look good. I like the look of the O rings and no highway pegs.

Are the footpegs usable? I've heard of compliants that the location of the footpegs seem to stretch out the rider, causing an uncomfortable positioning? Any thoughts...

I think the o'rings are totally useless as a foot rest.
Don't get me wrong I think the Lindby Lindbar looks great! It just does not serve a real purpose. I will be installing a real set of foot pegs on mine, most likely with an offset mount to allow me to position the pegs just were I want them.
I think the o'ring location is too close and too far inboard. For me it is very uncomfortable and after a few tries I no longer use it a foot rest...

Looks great Kerry. Not to go too far off topic but, what handlebars are those and how high are they? I like the looks of them a lot.

Yes, saw this deal on eBay. I was able to contact the seller early and offer a Buy Now price and he accepted. I'm pretty happy with the price for sure!!

I really don't know, haven't got any miles on the bile with the Lindby yet. I have heard other complain they're too close. Regardless, I am happy with the idea of having the proctection the bar adds; although I hope I never find out.
