I bought a bottle of the Harley Denim Cleaner and its OK. I was afraid it would just be Windex in a Harley bottle but it doesn't smell like it.

I've been using Eagle 1 spray wipe since the bike was new. I didn't like Windex because it left a really faded streaky finish.

Anybody else tried it yet? Anybody know what its made of?

Compatible with all surfaces on H-D® motorcycles, this formula cleans without buffing, so you can avoid "polishing" the denim surface. Heavily soiled surfaces should be washed with Harley-Davidson® Sunwash® Concentrate and water before application.

 

I bought some when I was at a rally and didn't have my cleaning stuff. I thought that it was OK but I prefer Windex.

 

I haven't tried it because my Dealer told me to use windex when I got my 09.

 

Water and a micro fiber towel.

I have a buddy with a Denim Black Streetbob. He also does the Windex thing, and swears by it.

 

Oh yeah and pledge for my chrome.

 

Windex for everything. Works like a champ.
