Use it all the time when I will not be riding for a bit. Swear by a Tender and wouldn't go without one (plus cheaper than a new battery)

I use one, had the battery on the tender the whole time it was out of the bike, maybe a month, and now it's still working good.

I always use them on all bikes and cars that are not daily drivers. Batteries will last years and always start. Xlnt investment.

You must have one long *** extension cord when you go riding.

Yep. Used to have the harley pos it worked great for 2 years my brothers same thing stopped working after 2 years. Just bought the "battery tender plus" a month ago it comes with a ten year warranty isnt just a plastic pos. Got it off ebay from motobatterys out of Jacksonville florida very good puchase and fast shipping.

I have only used them when the bike is in storage and the battery is in the shop, I'm thinking about using full time next season

I don't go more than 2 or 3 days without riding in the summer, but in the winter I keep mine plugged in.
Got it on the cheap from Walmart. It has indicator lights when 'charging' and 'fully charged.'
