Question Adding passenger boards to Heritage

I am looking to add some passenger floorboards to my Heritage and was just curious how easy/hard it is going to be. My 03 Heritage has the stock passenger pegs so I understand I have to install a mount before installing the floorboards. I was just curious if some of you have already made this switch and if it was a pain or relatively easy.

It's not hard. I did it shortly after I got my bike. I had already put easy brackets on so I could remove my bags and didn't really like the looks with the passenger boards without the bags on. I got rid of them. they look okay with the bags on though.

If it takes you more than 20 minutes to do both sides you're probably doing something wrong. The hardest thing about this is swallowing the cost of the floorboards. I bought the chrome ones, $400.

I put these mini-boards on my 09 Heritage and they worked great. No extra hardware purchase is necessary at all.

Taking them off as I only ride solo on this bike.

They're for sale if you're interested. Let me know if you are
