Usually if you think its to good to be true, its a scam. Just my 2 cents worth, alot of scammers out there!!

I say typo or scam, see lots of those on craigslist..

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM I have seen this same thing over and over. Selling due to medical problems, divorce, etc... Just send money and I will even ship it for free. Tell him you will show up with cash in hand, just get an address. I bet he will never get back with you.
