I picked up my manual and they gave it to me for the online price of $35. They did tell me that the order was a screw up by HD and that they were trying to talk to them about it. But they were really cool about it and honored the price I'd already paid.

When I deal for a bike and I reach the price I want, I tell the dealer that I'll accept the deal if he throws in a service manual. Works every time.
