can a 2000 and up front heritage or deluxe fender fir a 1990 softail fatboy front end??

 

Ou could take a ride to your local dealer with your front fender in hand and see IF you can talk the parts guy into checking out a new or take off fender from a 00-newer bagger. When I changed out my 92's front fender to a bagger style the place I got it from listed them differently for an 84-99 and 00-06. IF you don't mind doing a little fab/modding work you can make ANYTHING fit......

 

thank you very much. ya i went there and they had no take offs and sort of laughed that i had a 1990. I got real pissed off inside and wanted to reach over the counter at the guy. lol anyways didnt get a answer from them wich is normal from the harley dealerships.

 

Yeah, that's pretty much the same I get when I go to the local dealership here. My only saving grace is that I know the manager personally and most of the employees know that and I'm treated OK. It's funny that I sometimes get asked when I want to trade in my dinosaur for a newer one. I ALWAYS laugh and press on!! Is there any local indy shops in your area? You MIGHT have a better chance with someone there.
