Don't see why not ... the tune will get the perfect settings of the air/fuel mixture for your bike even if it is stock. You will probably not gain masses of HP or Torque, but your bike will run just that little bit better (and you get rid of the lean running forced on us by the EPA)
At this point your bike is running the stock map they download for every one they make. The stock map is only within 90/95% efficiency for your particular bike. A tuning session will bring it closer to 100%.
Instead of spending money on the dyno tune, I would get a TTS Mastertune for the same amount of money and do the tuning yourself. If you go and do stage 1 later or change cams or whatever, you can re-tune easily yourself.
