All right boys and girls. It is the tire. The fix is Dyna Beads. Takes about 10-15 minutes of your time and about $15. Handlebars will be silky smooth.

Had the same issue on mine and took to the dealer this past saturday. For my issue it was the bearing being loose. Due to the factory setting them loose for better seating they need to be checked and tighten as this is a maintence issue. But here is the kicker, this should be coverd when your bike goes for the 1k service, so if you have issues between the 1k and 5k service the dealer did not check or adjust. If your service reciept shows a check mark on this box that the service was done then dealer will cover if you are not a d**k to them. So my advice to all, as this is what i am doing, with this issue is make sure at services this is checked and buy a manual casue this will become owners responsability to keep the bearing nut tight.
