Inverted fork service

Inverted fork service
So, for any of y'all that have the Harley inverted forks from Marzocchi that're thinking about servicing them yourselves.....
Think about it hard before you do it.
The fork legs come out of the trees very simply. The caps come off easily too (use the trees as your vice). No issues pulling the springs either. But damn if I could get the seals out. The book specifies a Harley hubcap puller to get the lower shield off of the upper slider. I don't have one, and don't plan on buying one.
At any rate, I'd strongly suggest either investing in a pile of tools or taking the fork legs to either a dealer or an indy to swap the seals.
