Default Heritage bags Stolen - OK, how to secure new bags

Have a very good friend that just told me he had his bags stolen - bad guys just used a 1/2 wrench and his bags are now gone (Locked parking lot at condo - climbed fence)

He has his new bags - has anyone come up with a way to slow the bad guys down in taking the new bags off..

Thanks for your advice and help.

I am thinking the bad guys have written this address down and just waiting for the new bags to show up??????????

That sucks. Leatherwoks bags, probably others, have the locks in the vid. Also, the motion alarm on my 06 bike works great. Can adjust the sensitivity and any movement to the bike and it will make make plenty of noise. If his bike does not have one, maybe an after market one.

Forgot to say, get detachable bag mounts so he can bring them in at night.

+1 on detachable bag mounts there are many on the market and this would be a far cheaper option on many recommended alarmy systems that would quit working after a year or so ... I have easy brackets and it take 10 seconds to remove my saddlebags..
