I tried to get the ISO grips, but no Harley dealers in my area would install them, apparently there was a law suit having to do with them coming off.
Now I'm glad because they are soooo common. Tons of bikes with ISO grips.
I went with the Stealth collection grips, and I really like them, the rubber strips provide a great spot to hook the meaty part of your fingers to in order to hold the throttle, and I love the way they look.

There are 4 small allenhead bolts that hold the end cap on the ISO grips.
The throttle boss is placed on the end and then attach the end cap.
The boss can be adjusted to where you normally cruise at.
The meatly part of your palm rests on the boss so a light grip is only needed to maintain your speed.
There are other "throttle bosses" that just slip over stock grips to do the same.
