I have those bars on my deluxe and I like them. They are easy to split lanes in the so cal traffic.

Here's my '08 Deluxe with Chubby Knuckles on it. Love the bars. Have them mounted with 2.5" straight risers. Has me positioned so that I'm leaning slightly forward, sort of in a mild club racer/drag bar position. Makes the bike feel so much more nimble than the leaned back barcalounger position the stock bars put me into.
