Dusty, can you take a picture in front of the front tire. So i can see what the width looks like. Also i'm curious what brand tires you ride now. Did the tube expand the width? And do you have to make adjustments to the spacers or something else, because the change to 3,5? Thanks Paul.

Great looking Deluxe, Dusty. Cool picture of you on an empty Interstate. Early morning rides on any multi-lane highway are special.

Some ride transition -from Honda rocketship (in Garage) to Harley cruiser!

The bike looks fantastic. One question on the windshield. How low did you cut it down and do you get much buffeting at highway speeds? My windshield is cut down to 16" and thinking of taking it lower. Thanks.

I'm running the Metzeler ME 880 WWW in a 90/90. It is stretched to fit the 3.5" wheel

I'll get that pic posted today. Again, the Metzeler ME 880 in a 90/90. My factory front wheel is a 3.5" which is why I wanted the 21" in a 3.5. I wanted to keep the width so the fender was still filled all the way. Factory spacers were used. I have tubes in the tires with dyna beads to balance them. Yes, the tube will make the tire expand to lock onto the rim.

My windshield is cut down probably 6-8 inches from stock. I actually started a thread a while back showing this most recent cut. The first time a cut it, a year or so ago, I took 3 inches off, then most recently, another 3 or so. Check that thread here: https://www.hdforums.com/forum/softa...winshield.html

Everything came from KC International. They sent the rotors and bolts and then they order the wheels from DNA. DNA builds them after you order and drop ships them.

Nah, swingarms should be black, just like the frame.

Thanks again guys!

Looks good. You're right, it does a good job filling up the fender.
