I thought he gave up on me. Just got this this morning:

" To see all the pictures click here: http://picasaweb.google.com/ddt173 2008 Harley Davidson FLSTF Softail Fat Boy, 3,114 miles, VIN 1HD1BX5169Y017990, Engine 1584cc, Transmission 6 Speed, Drivetrain Belt Drive, Exterior Color Flame Blue Pearl. The bike does have upgraded chrome wheels, Chrome complete front end assembly including triple tree, forks, and shock assembly. Bike also does have a luggage rack with oversized backrest. Bikes motor and exhaust system are stock.Vehicle title: Clear and free, not encumbered by any Liens or restrictions. I need to sell it ASAP, my brother is in the hospital where he had some medical investigations 2 weeks ago. Last week we found out he has cancer. I'm in the process of moving my brother to Eastern Regional Medical Center in PA where they gave us some hope. I want to sell the bike and ship it ASAP because I want to be able to concentrate on my brother's problem. For making this transaction safer and faster I would like to use Yahoo Finance. This service acts like a middleman between seller and buyer, their job is to make sure the buyer receives the item and the seller receives the money, I will not charge you for using them, it is my choice and I'll pay their fees . Get back to me and I'll tell you how it works."

Ok... send him the money!

Or... look at http://www.crestautogroup.net/SoldVe...l-Fat-Boy.aspx

the bike he is sending you pictures of is was sold by Crestautogroup...
I'm sure they had all of these same pictures up on their website!

my guess is he pulled the pictures off an old add and is now claiming to have the bike....

this took 2 minuets to find using Google....

I sent him this:

Hey Jason:

I'm definitely interested. I've got a friend in Kansas City and he comes out here to hunt in September, with a toy hauler. He can deliver the bike for me, and also inspect the bike for me and pay you cash on my behalf. He knows Harleys but this will be my first bike so I want him to help me out. Which side of KC do you live on? He's on the east. What's your phone number? I'm excited about this.

Thanks, Jim

More in the drama. He wrote:

"September? Are you crazy or stupid?"

Anyone who knows me knows how hard it was for me to bite my tongue and provide this civil response to this POS:

"I would buy it NOW, TODAY, THIS AFTERNOON, and he could deliver it to me in September. He can come over and buy it this afternoon, cash. Archery Elk season starts THIS month and I'd have the bike early September when he comes out."

What you don't understand is that once this guy gets your money, it's all over. There will be no September delivery, because there is NO bike.

What you don't understand is there will be no money because this is a fraud and I am trying to draw him out, as other people in this thread have suggested I do. We are playing him like some other people have done with other frauds on CL. Go read the thread.
