Im buying my Apes tomorrow from HCC. I cant wait any longer, however I am still undecided on the color. So please, look at the pics, think of the possibilities and vote!! I think Im gonna go with 16's. Im 5'10, but part of me is nervous about going too big. any help on this topic would also be appreciated. I did the measurements and 16 has my knuckles at about eye level, 14, just above shoulder. Thanks Guys.

I have 16's all chrome on my 07 Fatboy and trust me they are the best investment in the bike to date. I am 5'9'' so they put my knuckles shoulder level with stock risers

 

Thanks for the comments guys, make sure you vote in the poll in the top of the thread, that will help me decide. If I do go Black, I will be powder coating other select parts black also.

 

16" black apes with chrome controls.

you already have a nice black/chrome thing going on and the black apes with chrome switch housings (leave the switches black) will set it off.

go 16...i'm 5'10 on a good day and went with 14s on my dyna. i wish i'd gone 16 now.

 

If you are going with their in house bars, I say 16's all day. I'm 5'10" and went 14's and wish i'd gone with 16's. That bike screams black.

Black or chrome go with the 16's You won't regret it.

 

BLACK flows with your bikes color but the chrome accessories will make it stand out. I went with 20s on mine .
