HOW TO: Xbones to Fatboy Rear Fender Swap

Thanks again guys. Happy to provide the info. I will try to work up a write up for the front fender in the next two weeks.
I edited the first page of this post and added a link to the eBay listing for the tail light base, in case anyone wants to explore that route when they do the conversion. It is a very inexpensive way to get your fender mounted and running while you consider other options to go with if you don't like the stock Fatboy tail light.
Here is the link: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...=STRK:MEWAX:IT
Get em while they are available or pay the dealer 4 times as much!

What color Lo are you getting? Let me know when you buy it. I still have my stock rear bobtail. It is denim black with the pinstripes.

This looks to be the rear fender of a FLSTN (has the indents for the indicators under the opening for the rear light and more holes on the side for the fender supports) which would not fit the Xbones as it isn't wide enough.
At this point as far as I know, the only rear fender that will fit is the one from the Fatboy or the Lo, the only bikes in the line up that also sport the 200 rear tire.
I might be wrong, but before buying I would ask the guy for the width of the fender.
