Default Tell me about your Mustang seat.

I want to get the most comfortable seat for my Heritage Classic. My buddy says it's the Mustang, what do you think? Passenger seat has to be great too.

Your Buddy is right! I've been using Mustang seats on my last three bikes. I had one on my Low Rider and both of my Heritages. I've ridden over 100K miles on these seats and I wouldn't own anything else. Done a few coast to coast rides and many long distance hauls. The seats are comfortable and you can ride all day without getting a butt-buster or numb legs.

Only problem with Mustang seat is that it will sit you higher 1.5" than stock seat. Just email Mustang tech and they will confirm.

This is the only reason I didn't go with the Mustang seat, and got a Danny Gray instead. If height doesn't bother you, then Mustang would be the best for comfort IMO.

Mustangs Regal pillow top ... most comfy seat I ever had on a scoot ...4 hour ride , no problem , no back pain , sits you in the bike.

Mustang all the way for myself. My wife loves her half of the seat as well. We take lots of road trips, overnighters and do 300+ miles a day with no butt issues.

I agree with the posters above. On my 04 Fatboy, I tried almost every seat out there. After about 30 seats, the Mustang showed up and that was that. I just put the vintage wide solo with rider backrest on my 09 and could not be happier. It does sit me up a bit, but that minor negative does not even come close to outweighing the positives.

After 2 Mustang seats, I went with Ultimate Seat. Very comfortable and WILL NOT move you from the original position. Check it out.

It was one of the best changes made to my 2008 Fat Boy. I went with the one piece Vinatge classic. I think the number was 76400. HUGE difference in comfort.
