so ive heard it works and i have heard that it doesnt which one is it and if it does do you need an offset kit or anything need to be changed to make it work besides the heartland kit
I think with stock wheel no problem..however if you go to a 8.5 wheel you might have problems... who knows many say yes many say no... i have 8.5 with dunlop elite 3 250 and i have very little to almost no wiggle room between belt and tire.. I will place a 1/16 spacer on pulley to give it a little more room and to havethe belt centered...
anybody else on this input with pics and clearance pics good clearance pics thanks and i really need to know by tomorrow night putting a new tire on wednesday night thanks guys
The Metz 260 fits with the stock wheel, pulley and fender.
I just chopped my rear fender and put on smaller turn signals, but it should also fit with the original longer fender.
The 260 measures only 245mm on the 8.0 wheel.
well im going to take the bike in tomorrow and im going to have them try the 260 and i will let you know if it works or not i have an 08 rocker c with the hearland kit and i think its the 12 inch heartland rear fender with heartland turn signals and front and rear lowering kit we will just have to see who is right and wrong hopefully the people who said it wont work are cause i love the way the metz 260 looks thanks again
