got an 2000 fatboy....no turn signals in front or rear ...cut and capped em ooooooo 8 yrs ago no problems ever,,,,have fun

 

After realizing the debacle of removing the gas tank, I cut and capped mine also. The rears blinked fast for about ten seconds, then evened out. Looks great. Thanks.

 

I've got the signals built into the mirrors, and it looks great on my 03 Deuce.

 

Pulled mine, never had any issues with anything

 

Used the kuryakyn T/S mirrors on my deuce................

 

I'm in Canada. Anyone know if there are legal issues with not having front turn signals? Specifically night driving?

 

Turn signals ? What turn signals !!

 

Yup, I ditched my front signals and the right mirror. Also lost the rear turn sigs, but have the kuryakyn integrated turn/tail/brake light. I don't know if they blink faster or not since I don't use signals anyway. I mostly use hand signals.

 

I also got rid of my fronts no problems with anything

 

You can do a net search and find the laws for anywhere...

I know in Ohio, you're required to have them if the bike was manufactured in 1968 or later...

I know a few guys who've stripped them off their bikes...a couple have never been stopped or questioned, but a couple of others have been written up...

Depends on if ya feel lucky, I guess...
