I too have given this some thought and found that the rocker frame is wider in the rear where the swingarm mounts up. I am sure that the CVO springer is the same as the Rocker. Go with a kit that works on your frame.

Syclone-
I found a previous post from a while back that said the pivot point was about 2" wider on the rocker...that would entail some frame cutting and welding....
Thats why a kit would be for me...

Well I was able to get someone to measure the rocker swingarm, and I just took a measurement on my bike.

rocker - 12 3/8"

softail w/ 200 - 10 1/2"~

So that is that. I am going to check around, but for the price of a rocker swingarm that I would then cut up, I may be able to buy an aftermarket swingarm that will work...

Default 240 rear

Hello, I was just wondering if you made this work with the 240 tire. I am thinking of doing the same?

Default swingarm

I have changed the swing arm on my deuce. Lots of work. The biggest problem you will have is to remove the transmission and swap out the main drive gear. The main shaft will come with the kit. My problem is finding the 17x7 wheel. I would be happy to share all the details of the work if interested.

You need a 8.5 wheel for a 240 tire...not likely to find a 17 in that size...probably have to go 18.
