When I push the run button on my 04 deuce I hear a weird air sound in the tank that I never heard before. Took gas cap off and didn't see gas bubbling like if there were a hole in the gas line. Any ideas.

 

I think it's a hole in the gas line off the fuel pump, but it is hard to tell until your gas level gets low enough that it affects how your bike runs.

could be a pinhole rubbed in the high pressure side of the line... happened to me! Motor starts missin you will have a good idea thats what it might be!

 

My motors been missing like crazy ever since I got my cams installed, I thought it was a bad install but hopefully this is the problem and they won't have to open the motor up.

 

Easy to check... put a pressure test on it... sounds like thats what it may be though, Replace both lines off the pump... don't ask me why.. hehe!

 

hope its the lines and not the install.
