Looks good man, I relocated my ecm to the rear in front of the rear splash guard. Now I didnt have to extend any wiring but it sounds like ur scoot is fi so you may have to. Here is a pic of my ecm and coil relocated.

 

Searching for a lower profile battery, which in theory would free up another 1/2" under the seat. Allowing me to place my ecm under the seat, been playing around with it, want to keep it mounted out of the elements because I ride through all kinds of weather. Thinking a Yuasa YTX15L-BS battery is the solution to my problem. But if all else fails, I will relocate it.

those pipes are made by joker machines but Im not 100% sure. went to their website and could not find them but if you google joker machines exhaust, they pop up in your images search
