Your bike is looking fantastic Drew. It has been great watching the bike evolve into what it is now. When do the engine works start. Now that is something I will be folowing with great interest! Great job mate.
Chris
Well, the bike has a little over 50K on the engine right now. I did the cams and tensioners a little over a year ago. I am building someone else's 88" into a 95" in the near future and I want to see what kind of boost that gives his ride. I have been thinking about it. But, I would like to hold off as long as possible on this and see how far my stock motor can go as well.

Hey Mate - When the time comes to build a 88 to a 95 (or more) I would be very interested to hear you review of the build as well as your opinion on the performance increase. It is something that Iw ould like to do myself, yet a mate of mine made the point...why not wait until something goes bang and the need it there for the freshen up? I have thought about this and sort of think the same. The Doose has done 20k and I would hate to freshen up the engine only for something else to go bang as the weakest link. Anyway, sorry to hijack your thread. I am really enjoying watching your bike go through the transformation. Keep up the good work.
They don't make any that use the stock 2-bolt mounting system on a FatBoy, do they? because I really don't want to lose my current fender bib, or the detachable 14" passenger seat I just recently acquired if I wouldn't have to.

C&C makes seats that attach to the frame for a fatboy. Mine does and I run a fender bib. You can run a C&C and keep your bib, or better yet get a enw matching one like I did. Once I saw the mustang bib I had and the new seat, I immediately ordered a matching bib. Picked up my WCC boards on Craigslist for $300. Score!
I got word through the grapevine that nothing is happening with them right now. I have the the brake pedal portion if someone wants to but it. Just the pad portion. I prefer my super jumbo adjustable Joker Machine serrated black pedal to the little pedal from the bear traps. Primo is the only other person I know who has them, and when he got them I was drooling.
