Question fatboy signal lights

I have a 2005 Fatboy and my problem is that the signal lights hit the tank is there a way to stop that from happening your info is really appreciated

ditch them!!! Nobody in front of you needs to know you are turning!!!

that's half true. in Texas, if your bike has rear signals, it must have front ones too and they must work.

BUT, there is no requirement to have signals at all.

I could be wrong about this (I am in Texas) but fronts are optional, rears are mandatory only if the frame had them on the original (up for interpretation) otherwise you dont have to have any at all. Now that can be interpreted for both the front and rear since it came that way from the factory but in 8 years of riding it has never been brought up by dps, not needed for inspection, etc...

I live in Vegas and it's hard enough to stay away from the wacked out drivers. I couldnt even imagine if I had no turn signals or had to use hand signals, lol.

I wont even take off my front reflectors cause it just might buy me another couple seconds to react.

It's fricken nuts here.

Here's an older post for relocating the front signal lights. Many here have done it.

I used 5/16 x 24 allthread, cut to inch and a half lengths, two half inch chrome spacers, and blue locktite.
