You want floor to lowest point in the seat?

I'm using 2" scissor springs with mine. Definitely lower than the stocker.

On the side stand 24 3/8 to the lowest part of the seat. Stock springs worn tires. The most comfortable seat I've ever had on a softail.

Sorry... don't have the measurement for you...
I ran the seat for a while..and IMO it was very comfortable...
only reason I changed was to go with a smaller custom one...

I liked it because, it lowered me...and allowed me to slide further back in the saddle...
on the stocker I was always riding on the rear rim of the seat...

Yep that looks like the old Schwinn bicycle seats, too. Just bigger.

Yeah, lowest point to floor, on sidestand is fine. I would run the 2" springs if I did this. I first would need to crack the code on putting the stock frame cover back on with my PC-V under there....

Here's a pointless thought...

I have the 1925 solo saddle on my Bones. I love it and it took me only 15 to swap it out.

I was at a local dealer this morning and they had a new Bones on the showroom floor with a 1925 already installed. On the bars, they had hung a tag that listed the extra cost of parts and labor. I was floored when I saw that they were charging 1.5 hours of labor for a total cost of $135 dollars for the seat install! That's six times longer than it should take! It just reminded me why I have only taken my Bones back for warranty work and done just about everything else myself.

Okay. I'm done hijacking this thread with my rant!

Thats not nuts that a dealership. Man you know how long it takes one guy to hold the allen wrench and the other 4 guys to spin the bike around? It took me about 10 minutes to remove my old seat simply because my screw had to be pushed out after it unscrewed as far as it could go. Gotta have those buff certified guys to do it right!
