Me too.. I love the emblm on your tank. Not to hijack the thread Part II, but I want those emblems! Did you get them at H-D???

Thanks!

Tq

PS: And is that a suicide shifter I see popping up on the far side of the tank?

The tank emblems I did get from HD, think that they were stock on 1957-61? And yes, good eye, suicide clutch and tank shift, probably the most fun mod of all!
Here's a look from the other side.

I appreciate your style, although I think the front fender on the Custom is really nice -- no lightbulb on the front and a classy "Deluxe" on the upper side. Love your red wheels!

im thinking the knucklehead buddyseat rail could be altered to fit or a bracket made to install as is..ive seen a kit but its big a bulky i could do a better job fabing a bracket..

Great looking solo seat. I had one just like it on my '61 FLH,white too. The tank emblems are from '59-'60. My '61 was magenta and white, white grips, floorboards and seat. Handshift as well,my first footshift a '73 Superglide.

Could one of you guys with the 1925 seat please get a good seat height measurement? I am curious how that seat with 2" springs would compare to my badlander

That 1925 seat looks to have no padding. Almost like a steel tractor seat if you've seen one of those.

Love mine...less padding is not a problem...it's the shape which makes it so comfortable.
