Congrats on your Train, Harley's coolest bike IMO. A lot of guys complain the stock bars pull you too far forward but I would recommend you put some miles on the bike before changing them. I have an 04 Train and at first thought the same thing but after getting used to it, find the riding position very comfortable. More comfortable than my 06 FXST with mini-apes actually. I am 5 11 and since you are taller than me, arm length shouldn't be a problem. I know two guys that changed the bars on their Trains, one to pull back drag bars and one to apes and they both eventually went back to stock bars. I guess maybe it might be a problem for short guys with short arms. Also, I believe the risers and bars block a lot of wind as the wind buffeting on the train is a lot less than on my FXST.

One poster mentioned that the Train is not the best handling bike but I feel just the opposite, think it handles excellent, in the twisties and on the superslab.

One thing that will REALLY improve your comfort is to do 3 inch extensions on your foot controls, will let you stretch your legs out and not feel cramped. Thats been my experience anyway, love my Train and am on it every chance I get. Rick
