Springer seat on my 01' Heritage?

Springer seat on my 01' Heritage?
I traded my Corbin seat for a stock Springer seat. So the problem I have is that the springer seat has the two back mounting bolts instead of the ones on the sides. Has anyone come across this and is it fairly easy to just drill holes and make it work to the rear fender? Also the springer seat does not have the grab rail but I plan on adding it. Has anyone tackleed that on here? Thanks Rob
