I like the Deluxe but it looks like a kid's bike next to the rest of the line. It looks tiny next to a Tourer and even looks pretty small next to a Heritage.

But the bike has wonderful lines, especially in black. Is there a way to raise it to the same height as a Heritage? I hate all the goo-gaa and especially that light on the front fender, but that is just me and the Heritage has alot going for it in other ways.

But a Deluxe with some simple leather bags without the conchos, a small windshield and I'd be a happy camper somewhere between Sacramento and Nashville... -L-

 

Yes, You can raise a deluxe the same as you can lower one. You can go from an
air ride to shock swap. JP Cycles has alot of choices.

 

You can get regular softail shocks if you want it to ride higher. Or Progressive 422's.
