Too hot to ride

90 and sunny here this afternoon. Rained most of the morning. gonna ride this afternoon The oil leak is right in my backyard (I'm 26 miles from the gulf as the crow flies) and you can smell it in the air. Rode down to the coast last weekend and words cannot describe how much oil there really is and we only got the very tip of the slick.

Ah man. That's a shame. I feel for the people that make their living on the water. But we're all going to pay for this mess -- one way or another.

Too hot to ride here in NC. Temps approaching 100 each day with umbearable humidity. Been getting in a few miles early (I'm retired) but doesn't take too long till the 'fun' is gone. At least I've been watching my oil temps and they haven't broken 240 yet, even in traffic. Oh well, better days will come. Have a trip planned up north in a few weeks. Looking forward to that.
But yeah, it is hot as hell.

+1 It's never too hot. Now riding in 120F, 0% humidity is hot! Too hot? No.
Need an example? Take your blow dryer (we all know you have one), point at face, turn on high fan, high heat. Enjoy the beautiful Phoenix summer.
