Default Dealer messed up tune.
Is it possible the dealer messed up my dyno tune because today after the dealer tuned my bike last week with my SE tuner when I changed the exhaust, today the bike felt like it was sputtering when I stopped at a set of lights? Is it possible they messed something up? Should I just buy the cables and try it myself?

Take it back and make them make it right. See if they will make it right with you first.
