Default Question on Heritage Tail light Voltage

Another member and I are trying to figure out how to hook up a LED plate frame on a 2010 Heritage.

Question: Is there a steady 12v line in the taillight housing to tap off or does a line need to be run elsewhere for the hot wire?

Where is the closest 12v to tap if not in the taillight housing?

Thanks in advance

Just use the tail light 12v and tap into that.

Which one is that - here are the wires:http://keithhu.smugmug.com/Other/Stu...34_Bm82X-XL-LB. Gray, blue and orange+yellow.

But the schematic refers to black red and white: http://keithhu.smugmug.com/Other/Stu...37_fH6pe-XL-LB
