Default LaPera Daytona solo seat anyone? I am thinking of ordering...

I am getting ready to pull the trigger on a LaPera Daytona sport solo seat as I wnat as much back support as I can get and this solo seat practically has a back rest. I am planning on a diamond stitch in red to match my pin striping. If you have one post some pics and how comfortable it is. I do a lot of long rides and comfort is a must although my rear end is not nearly as fussy as some.

I tried finding some pics of this seat a few weeks ago. I was looking at it a mustang solo and the fatboy lo stock seat. No luck with pics. I went with the fatboy lo seat because I was actually able to sit on one. Post pics if you get one.

I'm gonna give this a bump I would love to see some pics of any bike with this seat on it. I think it is a very cool seat.

Tanks. No fatboy lo seat for me. I hate factory seats although the Lo seat is better than the regular fatboy seat. Bueller? Bueller?

I gave them a call and will be ordering when they call me back. Guess I will be the guinea pig. That seat looks so darn comfortable. I am going to get red diamond stitching on it.

Okay, Doc, please let us know when you get one. I am doing a makeover on my Springer and will be looking for a seat. That looks pretty cool, but I am curious about the comfort factor. I would really appreciate your opinion.

Drew I tried one of those when looking for seats a month or so ago. While it has fair back support it didn't hold me good in the turns.I had to work to stay on the bike rolling thru the turns.I love the Corbin classic you got me.It's more of a saddle than a seat but doesn't have the bulky look.Back support is a main issue for me also. The Fast gunfighter on my Train also has excellent back support. Thanks for the input. I missed Christine's call back today so did not order yet. Currently I run a Mammoth Choppers solo and I am sure this seat will give me more back support than that. I am just concerned if it has enough padding, although the seat I run now is pretty hard and i find it quite comfy. I am ready for something new though.

I used to run a Daytona solo on my bike a few years ago. It was very comfortable and the back support was great.

You will like the seat...especially on the long hauls.

If I can find any old pictures of my bike with that seat on it i'll post it in this thread.

Ironically, I just sold that seat a couple of months ago...it had the tribal pattern.
