i agree dude i just installed it for time being im think laid back probably aluminium powder coated black so it dont stick out so much

If you do that it would make everything mesh. Everything else is friggin awesome looking. You did a great job and deserve to ride around with your chin held high and proud

Oh man, great work and great thread with your detailed updates.
You hit it on the head with the old panhead era look.
Those fenders and the front fender light, very nicely thought out and completed.

well snows all gone so out came the bike and i gave it a good wash and took a couple more pics

went for road test tonight to local tim hortons it rained bike is dirty but it was worth it..the bike rides just as it did maybe even smoother due to some added weight.the crossbones axle spacer,bushing etc is the way to go and not with the heritage spacer without the bushing..
it looks and rides sweet .deffinetly worth the money spent

Default where did you find that 1925 saddle? What mods were required to make it fit the bone
