Default Heritage and cargo trailer

I own an '06 Heritage classic with a stage 1. I am considering buying a cargo trailer to pull on trips/camping. Is there anything I should be aware of before doing this? Will the Heritage handle a trailer OK? Should I make additional mods? (95"). Would I be better off pulling a trailer with a Roadking, or would there be not difference. I would be pulling the trailer 2-up. Please let me know your thoughts. thanks...

Default RE: Heritage and cargo trailer

I have one I bought from a place on the internet called NEOSHO trailers. Pulled it on week long campingf trips for 2 years with all the camping gear, no problem. You just have to watch the tounge weight and dont go over 25-30 lbs or the front wheel will wobble around corners. Just have to learn to pack. Tent and air mattress is usually the heaviest so they go in the ack of the trailer, coffee pot, burner stove and clothes goes towards the middle and stuff like lightweight sleeping bags goes towards the front. Once you learn how to pack, piece of cake.
