Default Advice on brake pad/rotor combo.

I have Ness polished stainless non floating rotors on my Train. The brake pads that were on it were awesome. I could hold the front brake and burnout no problems. The pads were getting worn so I had a local HD dealer replace the pads and they suck! The front brake won’t hold if you go to do a burnout. You can squeeze the lever as hard as you can and the wheel slips. The feel of these pads suck also. The rotors are grooved somewhat now also. What type of pad should I run with polished rotors to get that feel back? Are sintered pads to blame? Will I need to replace the rotor? Any brake experts out there that can school me on this?? Thanks guys.

Lyndall z plus pads all the way. And I believe they have a full line of rotors too. Do a search on lyndall brakes. 40,000 miles on the front and no squeek or dust or fade. Best brakes I ever put on my bike. I would have 40,000 on the rear but my harley caliper pistons started becoming un-even and prematurely wore out my pads.
