you know that Obama has agreed to make the california pollution rules apply to all states in exchange for their support on healthcare.

That list may or may not help you figure out what the new models are. You will certainly see which ones are returning, but you will only be able to speculate on the unfamiliar codes. Last year about this time the Touring section of the forum was beside themselves trying to figure out FLHXXX, just to find it was a trike. There were some pretty wild speculations though. I am predicting, with the demise of the Softail Custom, we will see the return of the NightTrain. Isn't the Softail Custom the only FX softail in the line up right now? Other than the Rocker I mean

Bring back the Night Train already, after only a year? I hope every year they will bring back the Bad Boy. New Bad Boy would sell better than a New Night Train IMO. There are a ton of used trains around but there has never been a Twin Cam Bad Boy... yet..

I don't know. I think they really screwed up on the Night Train, and its pretty much a blacked out custom, just seems it would be the easiest move for them. I'd like to see the bad boy return, or even another FX Springer, but I don't think that's likely. Another scenario is these models get canned and NOTHING replaces them.....

I'm hoping to see more springers, maybe with the success of the crossbones the motor company will give us new version of the heritage springer!

new model release is always late july or very early august. usually around the third to fourth week of July. It may have even been the second week of July last year. My birthday is July Fourth and I have never seen the new models released before then in my time. You will however see pretty much all other manufacturers release theirs earlier than that trying to beat harley to the punch.

And as for knowing what they will release? you will know when the HD website changes. All other leaks and rumors never end up being true. Case in point.... posted on hd forums last year was the C.A.R.B. paperwork for the emissions testing on the HD 2010 model year line up and it didn't come close to what actually was released. You have a better chance of hacking into the nasa database or finding the next taliban attack than finding out what harley will release. Hell honda even hired expert computer hackers to find out and now they are out of work.

Wouldn't mind seeing the electronic throttle/cruise control making it over to the Heritage line. Even some of the flat paint schemes would be good.
