Default Seat Question

Hello all,

I just put a new "Reach" seat on my Fatboy Lo. (Like it very much) When I put it on I did not included the "Passenger strap" on. Since I don't carry passengers I don't think I need it.

Is there something I am missing? Is that strap required for anything other than a passenger to hang on to?

Thanks all

T

Yep; you're missing the part where you have to take it off each time you want to remopve your seat.

It's useless... you're not missing anything. Just ride.

BTW, I moved here from Springfield.

I never use the strap. It's mostly cosmetic.

Thanks all! I figured as much but would have hated to not ask and have the seat fall off or something else stupid.

The strap is for passengers who want to hold on to the seat as opposed to you. Useless.
