Default Vance and Hines Straightshots HS Slip-ons

Just installed a set of Vance and Hines Straightshots HS Slip-Ons along with a FuelPak and high flow K&N filter set up this Saturday on a 2006 Nightrain. All I can say is what a dramatic improvement, the sound is incredible and the bike seems to have more pep. I removed the original baffles and installed the quite baffles before installation, I can only imagine the how loud it would have been if I had left the original ones in. These slip-ons are awesome, great hot rod sound, and yes they will hear you coming!!! I would highly recommend these for anyone thinking about adding mufflers instead of full pipes. Best bang for the buck for sure!!! The only problem was that the tray provided for the FuelPak does not fit as described on my particular ride, had to go with plan "B" in addition having a Danny Gray Solo Seat made for a tight install, but it can be done. Finally the TC88 finally sounds like it should!! Just wanted to share this with anyone thinking of putting these on their ride.

Nice! Funny that the tray would not fit...
